Best Golf Wedges Under £100
Wedges are the scoring clubs. They're also the clubs that wear out fastest. Grooves lose their bite after 75 to 100 rounds. That means replacing them regularly, and paying full price every time stings. The good news is there are brilliant wedges available under the magic three-figure mark if you know where to look.
Why Buy Budget Wedges?
Tour pros replace their wedges every few weeks. You probably don't, but the principle still applies. Fresh grooves make a measurable difference to spin rates, especially from the rough and around the green. Buying a quality wedge at a lower price means you can replace it more often and keep your short game sharp.
Our Picks
Wilson Infinite Wedge
Wilson's Infinite wedge is a revelation at its price point. The milled face delivers consistent spin, and the classic blade shape looks great at address. Available in a range of lofts from 52 to 60 degrees.
Kevin Kisner has spoken about how Wilson's wedge quality has come on leaps and bounds. The Infinite is proof that you don't need to spend Vokey money to get Vokey spin.

What to Look For in a Wedge
Bounce angle is the most important spec most golfers ignore. If you play on soft, wet courses (which covers most of the UK), you want more bounce, around 10 to 14 degrees, to stop the club digging. Firm, links-style courses suit lower bounce of 6 to 8 degrees.
Grind refers to the shaping of the sole. A full sole grind is most forgiving. A C-grind or W-grind with heel and toe relief gives you more versatility for open-face shots but demands cleaner contact.
Loft gapping matters too. Make sure your wedges are spaced 4 to 5 degrees apart from your shortest iron through to your highest-lofted wedge. Gaps create distance holes in your bag.
